Answer your door from anywhere

A QR code on your door lets couriers and neighbours message or call you, with nothing to install. You reply from the app without giving out your name or number.

Every visit comes with a reason

Visitors say why they are there before writing, so you know what it is about from the notification.

How it works

  1. Download the app

Sign in with your e-mail address, no password needed, then add your home.

  2. Print the sticker

Choose one of three formats and print it on an A4 sheet.

  3. Stick it on your door

The visitor learns nothing about you

They only see the name you gave your door. Your personal details are never shared with them, not even during a call.

Your details stay private
Your name, e-mail address, phone number and address are never shown.
Declining goes unnoticed
If you decline a call, the visitor hears it ring to the end, then sees “No answer”.
Relayed calls
Audio goes through our servers, never directly between phones. Your IP address stays private.
One-way video
You can see who is ringing. The visitor can’t see you, and nothing is recorded.
No metadata in photos
Location and other metadata are removed from every photo sent.
Replaceable code
If a sticker is torn off or copied, generate a new code. The old one stops working immediately.

You decide who can reach you

For each reason, choose what the visitor must verify before writing to you. Set calling hours, and pause the door while you’re away.

Invite the people you live with. Everyone receives messages and calls, and can see when someone else has already answered.

Frequently asked questions

Does the visitor need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone’s camera, and the page opens in their browser, in their language. If a reason requires a verified contact, they confirm their e-mail address with a code, on the same page.

What happens if I don’t answer?

The visitor hears it ring to the end, then sees “No answer”. They can then leave you a message. Nothing tells them whether you were at home.

What if my sticker is torn off?

Generate a new QR code in the app and print it. The old code stops working.

Can my neighbours read my messages?

No. Messages left at your door are only visible to your household, and to a Nokko moderator if you report the conversation. If you get your home verified, you also join your building’s group, a separate conversation for verified residents only.
